Is it really free for homeowners?
Yes. Posting a project, requesting quotes, and contacting contractors is always free for homeowners and property owners. We only charge the contractors and suppliers who want more visibility and leads.
What does the Verified badge actually mean?
Our Zimbabwe team personally meets and vets each Verified contractor before the badge is granted. It is not automatic. That is why homeowners trust it — and why it wins you more work.
How do I pay?
We invoice in USD and accept the payment methods that work locally, including bank transfer and mobile money. There is no card required to sign up or to get listed for free.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Annual plans give you roughly two months free compared with paying monthly.
Why are Featured slots limited?
Featured placement only works if it stays scarce. We cap the number of Featured contractors per trade and city so the top-six positions and search priority stay genuinely valuable.
